The effort and politeness were there as they should be, but the photos are a huge misrepresentation. She had a big tattoo on her belly and was visibly bigger in person. Possibly a size 12, maybe even a size 14.
The photos need to be updated on the site. Had I known what she looked like, I wouldn't have booked.
I hate leaving any negative reviews and left a five star review for my last punt, also through Diva too, but I value objectivity and I want other clients to know what they are getting when they book - especially when I have paid £300!
Other than that, Diva were excellent with their communication as per normal and a cut above other agencies I have dealt with.
