Jazzu was a big disappointment. Total waste of time. An awful experience. I made the appointment two days before, and then confirmed in the morning. I arrived promptly at the correct time. But she didn’t answer the intercom bell. Called Diva, who said she was not answering her phone. I tried again, went away, came back, tried again and then 20 minutes later she answered the bell, to say on the intercom, that she was …. busy! She didn’t have the decency or courtesy to cancel before. Couldn’t be bothered. Totally immature and unprofessional person.
